VV-Auto Group Oy to acquire total ownership of Turun VV-Auto Oy

In accordance with the earlier agreement, VV-Auto Group Oy will acquire Pirkko Keskinen's 40 percent minority interest in Turun VV-Auto Oy on 31 December 2006.

Relating to the acquisition, Lauri Halminen, M. Sc. (Econ.), has been appointed Managing Director of Turun VV-Auto Oy with effect from 1 December 2006. Lauri Halminen will also continue acting as the Managing Director of VV-Autotalot Oy.

The present Marketing Director Sami Kivi, Business College Graduate, has been appointed Director of the Turun VV-Auto Oy outlet with effect from 1 December 2006. Turun VV-Auto Oy's present Managing Director Pirkko Keskinen, B. Sc. (Econ. & Bus. Admin.), will transfer to the Turun VV-Auto Oy Board of Directors with effect from the same date.
