Change in the ownership base of real estate investment company Mercada

Ownership base in Mercada Oy, a joint real estate investment company established in 2015 by Kesko, Mutual Pension Insurance Company Ilmarinen, and AMF Tjänstepension AB changes due to AMF Tjänstepension exiting the company and K-retailers’ Association joining in as one of the shareholders in the company. The change has been completed today. Mercada continues its operations as a joint real estate investment company between Kesko, Ilmarinen and K-retailers’ Association with equal shares. Mercada owns, manages, and develops retail sites mainly used by Kesko group.
