Kesko's financial statements, the Report by the Board of Directors, the Corporate Governance Statement and the Remuneration Statement for 2017, and Kesko’s 2017 Annual Report have been published today in Finnish and English.

The financial statements and the Report by the Board of Directors are available and can be downloaded from kesko.fi/sijoittaja/hallinnointiperiaatteet/tilinpaatos-ja-kertomukset. The financial statements include the consolidated financial statements, the parent company’s financial statements and the Auditor's Report. The review of non-financial information is included in the Report by the Board of Directors.

The Corporate Governance Statement and the Remuneration Statement are available and can be downloaded from kesko.fi/sijoittaja/hallinnointiperiaatteet/selvitykset.

Kesko's Annual Report 2017 is available in Finnish and English at vuosiraportti2017.kesko.fi. The report contains a strategy section, a sustainability section assured by an independent third party, as well as the financial statements, the Report by the Board of Directors and the Corporate Governance Statement and the Remuneration Statement.
