We expect all Kesko employees and business partners to properly internalise the K Code of Conduct. The K Code of Conduct contains 12 principles, and clear examples lay out what is expected of Kesko employees and business partners for example in the areas of human rights, environmental care and fair competition.
Kesko has prepared an eLearning package for its employees to smoothly internalise the K Code of Conduct.
The K Code of Conduct has been published in all the languages of Kesko’s operating countries: Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, Estonian, Lithuanian, Latvian, Russian and Polish.
